Custom Orders

We want to thank you for considering Press Marks for your custom needs and wanted to take a moment to tell you our process. 

We have had much success with doing custom Sublimation Tumblers for our local businesses. We also love when a customer requests a private, or family gift such as sending us beautiful photos to Sublimate and customize that only that one person will have, and cherish. It means a lot to us that we could help make smiles happen.

We also have fun with custom shirt designs, rather it is a personal logo, dog, or your car. Perhaps even an image you saw somewhere else. 

Now that we have shared our excitement let us help you. What do you send us? How will this process work? 

1- Email us with your idea. If you are wanting us to use a personal image, or even grandmothers photo - we need that. We need to make sure we can make this the best custom order possible. We will never commit to a job with out confirmation of all the details. Remember, we are here to help you if you need colors, ideas etc.

2- Once we have confirmed that we can use the images then the fun will begin...minus cost of course. We will put together a project plan of what you are wanting with a list of all items on our end. Maybe it is 1 Tumbler, or 25 Shirts it will not matter.. We will always quote you a price before we begin. Rest assure, we will handle all the ordering of products we carry.

3- Then we will email you a quote of your made to order - 'Custom Order', all you need to do is confirm payment and we are in motion. 

Please note:

We are a made to order small business company. Orders are made for everyone in the order they are received. 

We will not pre-order any shirts, tumblers etc with the intention of an order. Payment must be complete. If you need to do a deposit, half or space it out then please know we will not begin your project till it is paid in full. This is to help protect us, as a small business, from placing orders that fall through or are never paid.
